The Room Is My Refuge From Light

I don't think this poem was ever published.
It is one of a collection of poems that come from The Room Is My Refuge From Light which was then called SONG BOOK, published 1960.
There are many poems for example: On the night of my death which is from The Prefiguration, published 1971.
These are amazing poems. More poems to come.

    I was also a walker/park-sitter then (1971)
    in same Manhattan..
    and wrote something that had/has the same (well sort0of) tone & temper ..
    it is on my site ... The City
